• Date changes or refunds are not possible due to late arrivals or no-shows on the day of use.
• If you would like to receive a massage in the same room as your group, please have one representative purchase the massage together.
• If you are not assigned to the same room when paying separately, no refund will be given.
• Please understand that during national holidays and long weekends, there may be a relatively large number of guests, so you may have to wait on site.
• Not recommended for pregnant women, elderly people with osteoporosis, and those with a history of fractures or dislocations.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your reservation.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, you will have to wait for the next turn.

• Off-season full body Thai massage is only available from 11:00 - 13:00 / 21:00 - 24:00. For use outside of these times, the difference in price must be paid on site.
• You can visit anytime by purchasing a rush hour ticket.
• We are not responsible for any problems that may arise from visiting without making a reservation by phone.

Additional Fee Information

• During the Spring Festival and New Year's Eve, the on-site fee will increase by NT$100.
• If you purchase an off-season ticket and use it during a popular time slot, there will be an on-site surcharge of NT$100.
