host was brilliant friendly and knowledgeable

After researching different options for cooking classes we choose this one based on prior reviews, and also the flexibility of options. My daughter and I were able to learn to cook two different mains and two different soups, along with three side dishes and a dessert. Our host, Woody, provided excellent instruction and explanation of Korean ingredients. the class was really well organized allowing us to cook so many dishes during this class. Of course, the best part was getting to sit and enjoy our creations. Woody also shared recommendations for exploring Busan where is is from. I highly recommend Woody's class for a unique experience.

5 ⭐️ without a doubt! Woody is great host! The recipes are (very very very) delicious and the class is very fun. You get to cook a lot of things. No hard work to do with Woody! He prepares a lot in advance to make it easy for the cooking class. This cooking class is a must if you go to Seoul. Woody is a great cook and also a great person! He taught us a lot about South Korea during to cooking class since we had a lot of questions. 100% recommend. One of the best cooking classes we ever did! Thank you so much Woody 😊

Woody and his wife were wonderful hosts, helpful with the cooking, and the food was delicious! Everything was clean and organized with enough room for eight of us to cook and then sit down for dinner. We had teenagers and grown ups in our group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! I highly recommend this activity!

Woody's self-designed kitchen and dining space is cozy, professional, clean, and a blend of modern and traditional. He ran his cooking class flawlessly, with patience and flexibility to match people's personal tastes. All the ingredients were well organized, and sauces and spices were clearly labeled. Each person had their own set of cooking tools easily accessible without having to run into each other. The pacing was well thought out such that we never felt rushed but were always active prepping something while waiting for another thing to marinade or brown. We'd already had a few of the dishes we cooked in restaurants or at food stands, but honestly loved our self-cooked versions more as directed by Woody - these versions were much cleaner and lighter, less oil, fresh ingredients. We had time after dinner to casually talk with Woody, and throughout got to know the other guests in this intimate setting. This was a great way to cap off my husband and my trip! Nothing to improve.
