About the Host

Highlights

This is a private clear SUP tour with just your group and a dedicated local guide. Glide across the "Miyako Blue" sea on a transparent paddleboard at a beautiful beach on Miyakojima and look down at coral reefs, tropical fish and, if you are lucky, even sea turtles. A dedicated drone session lets you capture high-resolution aerial photos and videos, which are provided free of charge on the same day along with photos and videos taken by your guide with a waterproof camera. Families with children from age 1 can join.

Enjoy a clear SUP tour just for your group
with a private local guide

Meet your private local guide at one of Miyakojima's beaches and start a one-on-one private tour with only the people in your booking. Your guide provides all the equipment, easy-to-follow instructions and local tips before leading you into the sea. The tour takes about 2 hours in total; no boat is used and you start directly from the beach.

The guide speaks English and Japanese.

Capture memories from the sky during the drone session

The tour begins with about 30 minutes of drone photo time. You will receive high-resolution photos and videos taken from the sky, showing the beautiful coastline and you on the transparent board.

Look down at coral reefs and marine life from a clear board

Next, spend about 1 hour 30 minutes paddling along the coast on a clear SUP and looking straight down into the sea. Over the crystal-clear water you can see colorful coral reefs, tropical fish and, if you are lucky, even sea turtles. Detailed instruction makes it easy for beginners. SUP takes place at Aragusuku Beach, Maehama Beach or Ingya Marine Garden depending on the day's conditions.

Families with children can join comfortably

Guests from age 1 to 65 can participate. Life jackets and paddles for children are provided, and children can ride on the board with their parents. The guides also have experience in childcare and education. Photos and videos taken by your guide with a waterproof camera throughout the tour are provided free of charge with no data limit, together with the drone footage, toward the end of the day.
