Experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony and calligraphy at Yorimichiya, a 150-year-old Kyoto machiya overlooking the Kamogawa River. In the tea ceremony, you enjoy Uji matcha and traditional Japanese sweets, and in the calligraphy session you learn brush writing and take your own work home as a souvenir. During the experience, you can wear a haori, a kimono-style jacket, free of charge. Depending on the option, you can enjoy either the tea ceremony or calligraphy, or both together.
