Cebu: Oslob Whale Shark & Moalboal Sardine Run Snorkeling Day Tour with Tumalog Falls

You will be picked up from your hotel lobby between 02:00 and 03:00. Travel about 3 hours along Cebu's southern coastline in an air-conditioned vehicle to Oslob, where the day starts with a Filipino breakfast. The early departure helps you avoid the crowds in Oslob.

Swim with whale sharks in Oslob

After a briefing on basic safety rules, put on your snorkeling gear and get in the water. You can snorkel and swim next to whale sharks from a traditional paddle boat for about 30 minutes. The whale shark is the largest known fish, and you can watch these slow-moving giants up close.

In Oslob, whale sharks are fed small amounts of food to keep them near the shore. To protect the animals, you must not touch the whale sharks or wear sunscreen.

Cool off under Tumalog Falls

Drive about 20 minutes to Tumalog Falls, hidden in the jungle. With multi-tiered falls and a natural pool, you can spend about 30 minutes swimming in the clear water or relaxing under the falls.

Meet sardine schools and sea turtles in Moalboal

Drive about 1.5 hours to Moalboal for lunch. After the meal, snorkel at Panagsama Beach for about 30 minutes to see huge schools of sardines moving together, along with sea turtles and other marine life.

After snorkeling, drive about 3 hours back to your hotel. Expected arrival is around 4–6 PM depending on traffic.
