for 2 days at Ban Gioc Waterfall and caves

This 2-day tour picks you up early from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and travels by bus or van to Cao Bang. On day 1, visit Ban Gioc Waterfall and Nguom Ngao Cave and stay at a hotel near the falls. On day 2, visit Ban Gioc Pagoda and Angel Eye Mountain before returning to Hanoi in the evening. An English-Vietnamese guide accompanies you, and 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast are included.

Take in the views at Ban Gioc Waterfall

Pickup in Hanoi is between 6:30 and 7:00, with departure around 7:15 and lunch at a local restaurant around 12:45-13:00. In the afternoon, arrive at Ban Gioc Waterfall on the Vietnam-China border and enjoy free time to take in the scenery. You can take a boat ride near the falls if you wish (at your own expense).

Discover the stalactites of Nguom Ngao Cave

Enter Nguom Ngao Cave, also called Tiger Cave, to see its many stalactite formations and take photos. Then transfer to a hotel near Ban Gioc Waterfall, check in around 16:30, have dinner at the hotel at 18:30 and stay overnight.

Visit Ban Gioc Pagoda and Angel Eye Mountain

On day 2, have breakfast and check out at 7:00, then head to Ban Gioc Pagoda at 8:00 to view the whole waterfall from above. Next, visit Angel Eye Mountain (Thung Mountain) in Quang Uyen, known for the hole through its peak.

After lunch at a local restaurant in Quang Uyen around 12:00, depart for Hanoi and arrive around 18:30.
