ハノイ旧市街のにぎやかな路地を現地ガイドと一緒に歩きながら、ベトナムのベジタリアン料理を味わうフードウォーキングツアーです。ベジタリアンのバインミーや生春巻き、バインクオン（蒸し米ロール）、ベトナムの伝統デザートを屋台や地元の食堂で順番に味わい、最後にはハノイ名物のエッグコーヒーも楽しめます。料理はすべてベジタリアン対応で、事前に伝えれば特別な食事制限にも対応します。オプションによって、トレインストリート見学、シクロ乗車、水上人形劇、スパ体験を追加できます。

ハノイ旧市街の路地を歩きながら
ベトナムのベジタリアン料理を味わいます

旧市街バットスー通りのオフィスでガイドと合流し、ハノイ旧市街の簡単な紹介を聞いてから出発する3〜4時間のウォーキングツアーです。旧市街のホテルならピックアップも可能です。ガイドについて路地のベジタリアン屋台や地元の食堂を訪ね、ハノイの食文化を味で体験します。

バインミーからバインクオンまでベジタリアンの名物を味わいます

サンプルメニューは、卵と野菜のバインミー、マンゴー・きゅうり・青パパイヤ・にんじん・ハーブ・レタスなどを包みソースを添えた生春巻き、揚げ餃子または甘いドーナツ、蒸し米ロールケーキ（バインクオン）などです。メニューは店の状況やガイドの判断で調整される場合があります。

エッグコーヒーと伝統デザートで締めくくります

ベトナムの伝統デザートとともに、ハノイを代表するエッグコーヒーを味わいます。ツアーの最後には、ガイドが次に訪れたい場所やハノイのほかの見どころをおすすめします。

トレインストリート・シクロ・水上人形劇のオプションもあります

トレインストリートのオプションでは、ガイドと一緒に線路沿いの通りへ行き、時刻表に合わせて通過する列車を見学します。このほか、シクロ乗車、水上人形劇の鑑賞、スパ体験が付いたグループツアーのオプションもあります。
