This 90-minute coffee making experience takes place at the Classic Coffee Class workshop in the An Hai area of Da Nang. After a welcome drink, you make traditional Vietnamese phin coffee, egg coffee, salt coffee and coconut coffee with an English-speaking instructor. Classes are limited to 7 people, so you can learn at your own pace and ask questions along the way.

Learn to brew traditional phin coffee

Start with the phin filter, the basic brewing method behind Vietnamese coffee. Your instructor also shares the culture and history of Vietnamese coffee and the stories behind local coffee traditions. All coffee equipment and ingredients are provided.

Make and taste egg, salt and coconut coffee

Building on phin coffee, you make popular Vietnamese drinks: egg coffee, salt coffee and coconut coffee. You can taste every coffee drink prepared during the class and take home the know-how to recreate the flavors.

Finish with a certificate

At the end of the class you receive a certificate. It is a fun local culture experience for coffee lovers, couples and families alike.
