In this cooking class of about 2.5 hours, you cook Vietnamese dishes with a local chef at a local home in the Ngu Hanh Son area of Da Nang. Depending on your option, you make pho and spring rolls, or papaya salad and beef noodle soup, along with passion fruit juice. Groups are limited to 10 participants.

The chef prepares all the ingredients in advance, but also shows you how to pick the best ones and tells you their interesting Vietnamese names. You will also hear about Vietnamese cuisine and how locals enjoy it.

Cook Vietnamese dishes with the chef

Follow the friendly local chef's instructions to make local dishes such as spring rolls (goi cuon) and beef pho. If you choose the papaya salad option, you make papaya salad and beef noodle soup. Vegetarian ingredients are used for vegetarians.

Enjoy the meal you made

Eat the finished dishes together as lunch or dinner. Passion fruit juice is unlimited, and you receive the recipes at the end of the class.
