Pickup takes place at the hotel or designated pickup point selected when booking. Please check the voucher provided after your booking is confirmed for the exact pickup location and time. Pickup is 0–15 minutes before the activity starts, and drop-off is at the same place as pickup.
Hotels on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (Thanh Khe District), Khue My (Ngu Hanh Son District), Truong Sa Street and Hoang Sa Street require a surcharge of VND 130,000 per person each way, paid in cash.

Hotel pickup is not available from InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa, Son Tra Resort & Spa, Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang, Grandvrio Ocean Resort Danang, hotels in Dien Ngoc–Dien Duong (Quang Nam area) or hotels in Hoi An town. Please come to this meeting point by 5:30 PM.

Cancellation is available up to 1 day before the date of use.

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 Korea time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Requests received outside business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (within business hours).
• Please submit cancellation and refund requests during business hours and make sure to receive a cancellation confirmation.
