See the park's iconic "Queen's Head" rock up close, along with unusual mushroom-shaped and honeycomb rocks. Walk along landscapes shaped by years of seawater erosion and weathering, enjoying coastal views and taking photos. Options combined with Taipei 101 Observatory, the National Palace Museum or Yehliu Ocean World tickets are also available.
Yehliu Geopark is a coastal park famous for its special geology and landforms. The uniquely shaped rocks throughout the park were gradually formed by years of seawater erosion and weathering. It is a great choice for both family trips with children and visits with friends to enjoy the scenery.
The large park has many scenic spots, and the most famous rock is the "Queen's Head." As the representative mushroom rock, its graceful shape has long made it the symbol of Yehliu Geopark.
Besides the "Queen's Head," tens of thousands of years of seawater erosion, crustal movement and weathering have formed special landscapes such as sea caves, honeycomb rocks, bean curd rocks, mushroom rocks and candle rocks. Learn about geological processes and erosion as you walk along the coast.
Besides Yehliu Geopark-only options (dated or open-dated), there are options combined with the Taipei 101 89th-floor observatory (with a 101st-floor option), the National Palace Museum and Yehliu Ocean World. Each combined attraction is entered separately with its e-ticket; please check the option descriptions and Things to Know for each venue's hours and conditions.
