• For one-way tickets, passengers can go to the THSR Pass official website after booking, click on Manage, Redeem (select travel date) and Reserve Seats on the main menu.

• Passengers who have not completed seat reservation on the official Pass website will not be able to receive their tickets.
• Physical tickets, provided in the form of magnetic tickets, can be collected at the train station counter.
• Magnetic tickets allow you to enter the station through the automatic ticket gates, but you must have your passport and admission ticket with you.
• If you wish to change your itinerary after your reservation is complete, you can do so on the official website of the pass and at the counters at all stations.
• Reservation cancellations can only be made on the official Pass website.
• If you cancel your existing reservation and do not make a new reservation, you will not be able to board the train.

• Registration is not possible with a redemption code, and you must enter the order number and representative's passport number to confirm details and designate a seat.
• Click 'Reserve' to select the train you wish to board.

• Tickets can be collected at the THSR counter. Please present your reservation number and a copy of your passport.

Additional traffic information

• Except for Taipei Main Station, Nangang Station, Banqiao Station, and Zuoying (Kaohsiung Station), the remaining HSR stations are far from the city center of the area. Therefore, it is recommended to use additional transportation to enter the city center.
• When traveling between Taoyuan Airport and Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station, you can take the airport railroad and shuttle bus . (NTD 30/person)
• Free THSR shuttle buses are available at Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Chiayi and Tainan HSR stations. You can use them by presenting your THSR ticket. More details
• Taipei Main, Taichung, Tainan, and Zuoying (Kaohsiung) areas have the same HSR stations and TRA stations, allowing for direct transfers. See official website for details
• Nangang, Taipei Main, Banqiao, and Zuoying (Kaohsiung) areas can be reached by direct subway transfer from THSR stations.
• There is a taxi stand at each high-speed rail station, making it easy to take a taxi.

Note

• This pass can only be purchased by tourists visiting Taiwan (with a tourist visa).
• You must present your passport when exchanging tickets.
• This ticket is for a non-reserved seat vehicle. If you wish to reserve a seat, please confirm your reservation and select your seat on the THSR website before using the vehicle.
• If you do not select a seat, your seat will be assigned randomly.
• Customers who wish to change their schedule must cancel their existing confirmed reservation on the THSR website and then change their schedule.
• If you have confirmed your reservation but have not selected your seat, you must cancel your reservation or change your schedule by 23:59 (Taiwan time) on the day before boarding.
• If a customer has completed reservation confirmation and seat selection and wishes to cancel or change their reservation, they must do so at least 30 minutes prior to boarding time on the day of departure.
• Changes and refunds are not possible for tickets once reservations have been confirmed and tickets have been received.
