Each and every neta, a variety of sushi representing Edomae, is prepared with your taste in mind, such as aburi, steaming, and grilling, and is made with shari using Akazu (red vinegar). Taste the exquisite harmony of the shari and neta melting in your mouth. The exquisite technique contained in each piece of sushi shines, and you can slowly enjoy the true taste of the sushi served one after another on the table.

Matsudaya is a sushi restaurant with only 6 counter seats and operates on a fully reservation basis. It is known as a sushi 맛집 even among locals, so it is quite difficult to make a reservation.
