Amanohashidate
A 3.6km sandbar praised as one of Japan's three most scenic views. Take a cable car or monorail to admire the spectacular view of Biryukan, and feel the peace offered by nature as you walk along the pine forest path along the beach.

Miyama Kayabuki no Sato
A traditional house preservation district that retains the appearance of the Edo period. Chionji & Monjudo (can be visited from Amanohashidate)
