Kawasan Canyoneering & Moalboal Sardine Run Snorkeling Day Tour from Cebu - Lunch Included

Depart from Cebu and enjoy
the sea and the canyon in one day

After pickup in Cebu City or at a designated meeting point, drive about 3.5 hours to Moalboal, a coastal town in southern Cebu. The day continues with snorkeling in the sea in the morning and canyoneering at Kawasan in the afternoon.

Swim with the sardine run in Moalboal

When you arrive in Moalboal, put on snorkeling gear and get a safety briefing. Enter the clear sea with a local snorkeling guide and spend about 1 hour watching thousands of sardines swimming together like waves. Besides sardines, you can see marine life such as reef fish, and sea turtles sometimes pass nearby.

Rest over a Filipino home-cooked lunch

After snorkeling, drive about 30 minutes to Badian for lunch. A Filipino home-cooked meal prepared by a local mom is served, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and halal options.

Jump your way down the river to Kawasan Falls

After lunch, put on a helmet, life jacket and canyoneering shoes and get a course briefing. Through the tropical forest you enter the canyon, walking along the clear river between rocks, sliding down water-smoothed rocks and jumping into the water from various heights. You can choose the jump height that suits you.

After about 3 hours of canyoneering, you reach Kawasan Falls, where you can swim or rest in the turquoise pool. Then return to base camp to freshen up and drive about 3 hours back to Cebu.
