From Cebu: Kawasan Falls Canyoneering Tour with Zipline & Lunch

Leave your Cebu hotel
and head south to Badian

You'll be picked up from your hotel in the area selected at booking (Cebu City, Talisay, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu or Moalboal). For group tours, pickup times are adjusted by hotel location and pickup order; in Cebu City, pickup is usually between 5:00 and 6:00 AM.

Depending on traffic, the coastal drive to Badian takes about 3–4 hours. On the way, you can stop in Moalboal for breakfast at McDonald's, Jollibee or similar (at your own cost), or go straight to the base camp and have coffee while the guides prepare the gear.

Start the adventure by ziplining across the canyon

At the base camp, certified local guides give a safety briefing and prepare your helmet, life jacket and canyoneering shoes. Once ready, you begin the canyoneering adventure on a zipline overlooking the canyon.

Follow the river down to Kawasan Falls

For about 3–4 hours, trek along the river through the tropical forest, slide down smooth rocks and swim in clear water. You can jump off natural cliffs if you wish, and there is an alternative route for those who prefer not to jump. At the end, you arrive at the turquoise Kawasan Falls, a great spot for photos.

Have lunch at the base camp with sea views

After the adventure, walk back to the base camp for a local Filipino lunch and time to freshen up. Basic changing areas and restrooms are available. You then head back to your hotel; the return travel time depends on traffic.
