Have a picnic lunch on the salt flat and walk Incahuasi Island

Enjoy a picnic lunch on the endless white salt flat. Then head to Incahuasi Island, a rocky island covered in giant cacti, for about 1.5 hours of guided exploring and free time.

Watch the sunset and the stars over the salt flat

In the late afternoon, return to the salt flat to watch the sunset and take photos for about 2 hours. After dark, observe the stars and the Milky Way, then return to Uyuni in the evening. In the rainy season, you can see the mirror effect as the water-covered salt flat reflects the sky.
