This is a show ticket for a traditional Vietnamese water puppet performance at the Lotus Water Puppet Theatre on the shores of Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi. Puppets glide across the water to portray Vietnamese folklore, legends and daily life, accompanied by live traditional music. The show lasts about 50 minutes, with performances at 16:00, 17:00 and 18:30.

A 250-seat theatre with French-style architecture

The newly built theatre has a beautiful exterior that blends French architecture with traditional Vietnamese art. The auditorium is divided into upper and lower floors with a total of 250 seats, so you can enjoy the performance from every angle. Choose from 1st floor VIP seats, 1st floor standard seats or 2nd floor seats.

Water puppetry is a traditional Vietnamese folk art usually performed at major festivals. Richly crafted puppets bring folk stories to life to the sound of Vietnamese silk-string and bamboo instruments. A traditional orchestra plays live beside the stage, enhancing the cultural atmosphere, making it a great show for all ages.

Collect your ticket at the box office

On the day of the show, present your mobile ticket at the box office at 16 P. Lê Thái Tổ, Hàng Trống, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội to enter. Seats cannot be selected and are allocated by the system on a first-come, first-served basis; guests who purchase tickets of the same fare together will be seated together. Please enter at least 15 minutes before the show starts.
