Collect your ticket yourself at the green ticket vending machines with a passport icon at each station. The machines only accept passports with an IC chip; if yours has none or the machine does not work, show your voucher and passport at a JR West ticket office (Green Window) to exchange.
Reserved seats can be booked at the green ticket vending machines.
