Highlights

Depart Sapporo Station and explore
the winter sights of Biei and Furano
Depart before noon from the group tour bus stop at the North Exit of Sapporo Station and head to Biei and Furano. A guide speaking Chinese, English and Japanese accompanies you, and the tour ends back at the North Exit of Sapporo Station.
Enjoy winter activities
at the Shikisai-no-Oka snow park
Famous for its summer flower fields, Shikisai-no-Oka turns into an endless white snowfield in winter. During about 70 minutes here, enjoy winter activities such as snowmobiling, or take photos of the Tokachi Mountains from the top of the hill. Snowmobiling is optional and paid separately. If the line is long, the stop may be changed to Chiyoda Farm to keep the tour on schedule.
See the Christmas Tree and Shirahige Falls
Spend about 20 minutes photographing the Biei Christmas Tree standing alone in the middle of a vast snowfield. Then stop for about 20 minutes at Shirahige Falls, where water falling through cracks in the rock creates icicles and frost, and the cobalt-blue water contrasts with the white snow.
Walk through the evening lights
of the Blue Pond and Ningle Terrace
In winter, the Blue Pond freezes over and is covered with snow, with bare larch trees standing on the ice. Spend about 30 minutes enjoying the quiet atmosphere created by the evening illumination.
Finally, spend about 1 hour at Ningle Terrace in Furano, a village of woodcraft shops in a pine forest. At night, walk the snowy paths lit with warm lights and browse handmade souvenirs.

Construction hoardings may block the view of the bus parking area from the exit, but walk straight along the temporary walkway and the bus parking area will be right in front of you. The tour staff will be waiting at Bus Stop No. 5.
