Choose between an option with an English-speaking guide or one with a driver who speaks basic English.

Ride in a private vehicle
to the Mutianyu Great Wall
Get picked up from your Beijing hotel in an air-conditioned private vehicle and drive about 1 hour 30 minutes to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Mutianyu is in Huairou District, about 70 km from downtown Beijing.
Walk along the well-preserved Mutianyu wall

The Mutianyu Great Wall is one of the best-preserved sections of the Ming dynasty Great Wall, about 5,400 m long. With relatively fewer visitors than other popular sections, you can stroll the ramparts and enjoy the scenery at a relaxed pace. You spend about 2 hours 30 minutes at the site.
Choose between a round-trip cable car or a chairlift up and toboggan down. If you take the cable car up and the toboggan down, there is an extra charge of CNY 60 per person.
Enjoy a Chinese lunch buffet and return to your hotel

After visiting the Great Wall, enjoy a Chinese lunch buffet at a nearby restaurant, with Beijing specialties and snacks, pizza, French fries, chicken nuggets, fruit and drinks. After lunch, your private vehicle takes you back to your hotel.
