At 8:50 a.m., meet your guide at Lawson in front of Hakata Station and board the bus to Itoshima. The first stop is Itosaisai, Itoshima's farmers' market, where you have about 35 minutes to browse fresh fruit and vegetables and buy local treats.
Next, spend about 45 minutes at a salt workshop (Mataichi Salt Maker - Tottan Workshop), where you can taste Itoshima's popular handmade flower salt pudding.

and a walk in the Totoro Forest

Depending on the season, enjoy a fresh seafood barbecue lunch for about 1.5 hours at Aquamarine Itoshima or the Shimakishi oyster huts. Meals are not included and are paid separately on site.

Visit Sakurai Shrine and Meoto Iwa

At Sakurai Shrine, spend about 40 minutes walking the pilgrimage route that links nine subsidiary shrines and the main hall. Then head to Sakurai Futamigaura for about an hour to stroll around the white torii gate in the sea and Meoto Iwa (the wedded rocks), with a stop at the angel wings photo spot depending on the schedule.
Take final photos

Finally, spend about 40 minutes at the palm tree swing. Take photos against the blue sea under the coconut trees at various spots, including Doraemon's Anywhere Door, the cosmic staircase, the miracle driftwood and swings of different shapes. The tour ends at Hakata Station.
