Tours & activities worldwide.
This day tour takes you by bus from Fukuoka to Itoshima's photo spots and historic shrines in northern Fukuoka in a single day. Take your time for photos at Shiraito Falls, Meoto Iwa at Sakurai Futamigaura and the palm tree swing overlooking the sea. Stop at Ichiran no Mori, a factory facility of Ichiran Ramen, and visit Munakata Taisha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Miyajidake Shrine, famous for its "Path of Light." It is a bus tour with a driver and no guide, so you can spend your time freely at each stop.

Visit Itoshima's waterfall and
seaside photo spots
From the meeting point near Hakata Station, ride the bus for about 1 hour to Shiraito Falls in the mountains. Relax and take photos for about 30 minutes around the 24-meter waterfall that falls through lush greenery. In summer, you can try nagashi somen (flowing noodles) by the stream.
Next, head to Sakurai Futamigaura in Genkai Quasi-National Park and stay about 1 hour. Meoto Iwa, two rocks in the sea about 150 meters offshore joined by a sacred rope, can be seen beyond a white torii gate, and cafés and restaurants line the area. At the nearby palm tree swing, sit on a swing hung between two palm trees and take photos for about 40 minutes with the open sea behind you.
Tour the ramen factory at Ichiran no Mori

Spend about 70 minutes relaxing and shopping at Ichiran no Mori, a factory facility of Ichiran Ramen. See how the ramen is made and try limited menu items available only here. Meals are not included.
Visit Munakata Taisha, a World Heritage Site

Munakata Taisha is a historic shrine dedicated to the three Munakata goddesses who protect seafarers. It has three sites on the mainland, Oshima Island and Okinoshima Island, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized for its role in ancient maritime exchange between Japan, China and Korea. Stroll freely around the grounds for about 40 minutes.
Look down the approach leading to the sea
at Miyajidake Shrine

Finally, visit Miyajidake Shrine, a Kyushu power spot famous for its "Path of Light." From the shrine on high ground, look down the approach that runs straight to the sea and explore for about 1 hour. After the visit, the bus takes about 80 minutes back to the original meeting point, where the tour ends.
※ The itinerary is for reference only, and the order or times may change depending on local conditions.
※ From October 10 to 20, 2026, the order changes due to the "Path of Light" sunset event at Miyajidake Shrine (see Things to Know).
